Meeting Announcement, March 19, 2009

Independence Civic Center
The Independence Homeowners Association will be hosting the City of Independence on March 19, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., at the Independence Civic Center, who will present current information regarding Downtown Redevelopment Plans including proposed senior housing. This will appear on the May 5th, 2009 ballot as Issue 5.
Scheduled speakers include Economic Developement Director Ron White, City Planner Jeff Markley and Spokesperson John Kerezy of Kerezy Communications Inc. As a part of the presentation City officials will answer a list of questions presented by the IHA regarding Issue 5. Following the presentation the there will be an opportunity for members of the audience to ask questions with discussion to follow.
This event is open to the public and all are invited to attend.
